01
The Bilt Card is the only credit card that lets you earn points on rent and mortgage payments, with no processing fee and no catch.
02
Those housing points aren’t free. You have to unlock them by spending on everyday purchases first: the more you spend elsewhere, the more housing points you earn.
03
Paying a surcharge to use a credit card is usually a bad deal. With Bilt, it’s usually the opposite, because every dollar you charge unlocks more points on your housing payment. This calculator shows you how often you come out ahead.
04
Bills you can charge to unlock points:
federal & state taxes insurance premiums utility bills tuition & student fees HOA dues property taxes car registration medical bills childcare & daycare storage unit rent legal fees contractor invoices
One important caveat
If you carry a balance, stop here. This calculator only makes sense if you pay your credit card in full every month. Interest charges will easily wipe out the benefits of any points you earn.
